All riders at Bear Bogging Adventure Tours have access to the protections offered by AdventureAssure.
This custom-built protection package lets you ride without the worry of unexpected costs or headaches. Plus, with Sensible Weather, you can purchase a weather guarantee that automatically reimburses you if bad weather is forecast. Ride confident, ride protected.
We understand things happen and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance can re book or receive a full refund
Cancellations must be made by phone call only (no email or text).
No-Show- If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel according to policy, no refund will be provided and your card on file will be charged for the full rental.
